The company

Dorta Hnos began as a real estate promotor in 1995 with Residential Los Molinos in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, built in the lot in which the old tannery factory owned by the family was placed. After the success of the project a team of professionals consolidated comprising different areas, from construction and reforms to real estate commercialization of own and other's properties. Later on, new lots and warehouses in Tenerife were purchased, as well as different dockings in Marina Rubicón in Lanzarote.
